*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook to assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in our kitchen. The Prep Cook will perform basic cooking duties, such as cutting and preparing vegetables, and maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
*Duties:*
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices, etc.)
- Assist the chef in preparing meals following our recipes
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
*Requirements:*
- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Manual dexterity able to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils
- A team player with good communication skills
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment, learn new culinary skills, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
The responsibility of the cook is to prepare and serve meals according to menu, production sheets and recipes. The cook will monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning. All cooking tasks are performed in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations and in a safe and efficient manner.
Pay is based on knowledge & experience.
