We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we are looking for candidates who share that same commitment./ppThe Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a robust self-service channel for our customers and growing revenue in a portion of our account segment. This leader will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating inside sales reps to meet and exceed growth revenue targets. This leader will need to be knowledgeable and grounded in sales methodology and lead the team accordingly./ppEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliHas deep knowledge of Nordson products, prices, policies, and procedures; knows which products to best apply in all phases of assigned industries and can train all Inside Sales Reps to offer upgrades, alternatives, and spare parts and solutions./liliStays up to date on info that pertains to our industry and will communicate any risks or trends up to the Sales Director for review on a regular cadence./liliMaintains active cross-functional engagement with Sr Accounts leader, Region Leaders, Service Leader, and other leaders as needed to ensure alignment on important business decisions that impact our customer experience and revenue growth./liliHas a passion for selling, hitting targets of all kinds, and meeting and exceeding customer needs and can motivate others around them./liliExhibits clear ability to interface and build relationships with customers, at all levels in accounts as well as vendors and co-workers./liliOutstanding technical aptitude./liliUnderstands the importance that all team members use of CRM and like applications to maintain detailed and accurate customer details and will hold team accountable to maintain per standard work./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation and Experience Requirements:/pulliMinimum 5 years in sales, tech support, product management, or business development./liliMinimum 5 years of experience in selling and working with dispensing equipment./liliMinimum 5 years leading a team./liliExperience implementing CRM systems or Self Service Channel preferred./li/ulpPreferred Skills and Abilities:/pulliAnalytical skill to review markets, estimate potential sales opportunities, and determine resources required./liliWritten and oral communication skills to be able to present to leadership as well as communicate with a large remote sales team./liliIntellectual curiosity to explore products or markets that may not have been thoroughly reviewed in the past./liliCollaborative skills to work with marketing, product management, engineering, and other internal groups to execute campaigns./liliAbility to travel domestically up to 20%./li/ulpIf you are interested in being a part of a team and creating an inclusive and diverse workplace, please apply online with your CV./ppNordson Packaging is the leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies.
