You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. As a Data Center Logistics Manager, you possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence.
You will be a key part to building success for the storage areas and parts distribution network. This is very much a hands-on role, so expect to be doing everything that you would expect your team to do – from handling deliveries through to cycle counting and inventory planning.
Your main responsibilities as Logistics Manager include
You will support the Data Center Operations team by maintaining receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations of parts, consumables and other supplies by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
Comply with local warehousing, health and safety and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed actions
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring safety and security procedures and protocols
Working with Procurement and other Regional Logistics Managers, you will control inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with inventory management tools
People Management
Maintain Logistics staff productivity and goals by managing and coaching members of their team
They maintain up-to-date metrics dashboards and will create reports for management as required
Own the safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture

Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience (to be amended based on the region’s specifics)
Experience in Inventory Management Systems and processes and knowledge of regional import and export practices and fluency in English
Experience in Warehouse management, Data Centre or in a hi-tech environment
Knowledge of IT systems; Networks and Lean or Six Sigma
