We are looking for a motivated Distribution Center Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in San Jose, California. This role is essential to our logistics operations, supporting the seamless flow of products from receipt to shipment. The Distribution Center Associate will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse tasks, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is a dependable and energetic individual with a strong focus on Safety and operational excellence. You will be handling various types of merchandise, requiring attention to detail and proper handling techniques. This physically demanding position involves regular Lifting and the use of warehouse equipment. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is highly desirable. We foster a team-oriented culture and encourage continuous improvement. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and the mandatory use of PPE is critical. Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Efficiently pick, pack, and assemble customer orders.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and Safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily logistics goals.
- Assist with loading and preparing outbound shipments.
- Support overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Follow all operational instructions and training.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Proven ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Dedication to maintaining a Safe work environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE.
