Our growing facility in Tampa, Florida is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding our high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from inventory shelves based on order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packing.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for carrier dispatch.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory management tasks.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Practice safe lifting methods when handling packages, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment setting is beneficial.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
