We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our exciting team in Las Vegas, Nevada! This role is essential for the smooth operation of our e-commerce fulfillment center, contributing directly to customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order processing. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick customer orders efficiently using scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and correctly for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as part of the logistics team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving warehouse processes.
Qualifications:
Ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar logistics role is preferred. Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A thorough understanding of warehouse safety procedures is mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new tasks. A positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities are highly desirable.
