Picker/Packer

You will play a key role in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and speed from picking to packing. This position is essential to our logistics chain, impacting customer satisfaction. • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Inspect picked items for accuracy and any potential damage.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping boxes or containers.
• Apply shipping labels and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
• Stage completed orders for pickup by shipping carriers.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the logistics operations.

Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items up to 40 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics helpful. A strong commitment to Safety is required. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
