Shipping Clerk

• Review and verify all outgoing orders for accuracy before shipment.
• Prepare accurate shipping labels, manifests, and bills of lading.
• Package products securely and appropriately for transit, ensuring product protection.
• Coordinate with freight carriers for timely pickup and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and provide updates as needed.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against documentation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operate shipping equipment and material handling devices safely.
• Maintain a clean and orderly shipping area, adhering to all Safety standards.
• Ensure all required PPE is used correctly and consistently.

Must possess the ability for frequent Lifting of packages up to 40 pounds. Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume logistics environment. Proficiency in using shipping software and basic computer skills. Strong commitment to Safety protocols. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. High school diploma or equivalent required.
