Fulfillment Associate

Join our innovative Fulfillment Associate team in Denver, Colorado! We are looking for energetic individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce fulfillment center. Your primary responsibilities will involve processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and preparing them for shipment. This includes picking items from shelves, packing them carefully, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You'll be an integral part of our logistics network, contributing to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. We value teamwork, efficiency, and a strong focus on Safety. • Pick customer orders accurately using order sheets or RF scanners.
• Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
• Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
• Stage packed orders for outgoing shipment.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all aisles are clear.
• Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.

Must be capable of frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations preferred. A strong commitment to Safety in all tasks. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and bend for entire shifts. High school diploma or GED required.
