Our Boston, Massachusetts warehouse is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to support our expanding operations. This role is critical for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics processes. You will be responsible for a range of duties, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately picking and packing customer orders, stocking inventory, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physical tasks are essential. We provide comprehensive training and expect all team members to strictly follow safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using scanning equipment.
- Stock shelves and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as trained.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Willingness to strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
