Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing discrepancies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse personnel.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, including PPE usage.
- Coordinate with transportation and other departments to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and security.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure operational readiness.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively.
- Understanding of safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to perform tasks involving moderate physical exertion, including occasional Lifting.
- Experience in a high-volume distribution environment is a plus.
