We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This role is central to our e-commerce operations, focusing on accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess a strong work ethic, and be committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position involves working with various order fulfillment technologies and equipment. You will collaborate closely with a team to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics network. Safety is paramount, and all employees are expected to adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires consistent physical activity, including frequent Lifting of packages. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and documentation.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
