Join our growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. You will be an integral part of ensuring our products move efficiently through the supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse, and operating various pieces of warehouse equipment. Safety is our top priority, so strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is expected. This position involves regular physical activity, including substantial Lifting. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of warehouse storage areas.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisory staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to handle continuous physical labor, including frequent Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
