We are looking for dedicated Picker/Packers to join our logistics operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment to customers. Your duties will include reading order slips or using scanning devices to identify products, carefully picking items from shelves, and then packaging them securely for transit. Accuracy and efficiency are paramount to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors within our supply chain. This role involves regular movement throughout the warehouse, requiring the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, as well as frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs). We maintain a strong focus on safety, mandating the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety regulations. You will work as part of a team to meet daily order fulfillment targets. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications.

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse terminology is helpful.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to use PPE.
