Join our vibrant team in Sacramento, California, as a Picker/Packer! This integral role supports our entire order fulfillment process. You will be responsible for accurately picking items from inventory and preparing them for shipment, as well as packing orders with care and efficiency to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. Your attention to detail and speed are vital to meeting daily targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include utilizing RF scanners or pick lists to locate and retrieve products, verifying order details, and then securely packaging items for transit. This position requires excellent organizational skills, manual dexterity, and the physical capacity for sustained activity, including standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs. Previous experience in a pick/pack or warehouse environment is advantageous. We prioritize a safe working environment and require strict adherence to all Safety protocols and the correct use of PPE . We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals who are team players and eager to contribute to our efficient Logistics operations. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a growing industry with potential for advancement. Accurate order processing and quality packaging are key performance indicators. You will work closely with shipping and receiving staff to ensure a smooth workflow from start to finish. A positive attitude and commitment to excellence are highly valued.
