Join our fast-paced distribution center in San Antonio, Texas, as an Order Picker! In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves using various picking technologies, such as RF scanners or pick lists. Your ability to maintain speed and accuracy is critical to our customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be expected to navigate the warehouse, locate items, and prepare them for packing and shipment. This position requires excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina is crucial, as this role involves significant walking, standing, bending, and frequent Lifting of items up to 30 lbs. Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred. You must be comfortable working with technology, including handheld scanners. Adherence to all Safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is paramount to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual who can contribute to our overall Logistics success. Opportunities for advancement within our company exist for high performers. Training on our warehouse management system and specific picking processes will be provided. Accuracy in picking and staging orders is a key performance indicator.
