Join our San Francisco, California warehouse as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for motivated and dependable individuals to contribute to our fast-paced distribution environment. Your role will involve a range of critical tasks including receiving, inspecting, and stocking inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position is fundamental to our logistics chain, ensuring the efficient movement of goods. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, requiring strict adherence to all procedures and the consistent use of provided PPE . This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting , standing, and moving throughout the warehouse. We value efficiency, accuracy, and a positive team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, verifying against documentation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company safety policies and wear all required PPE .
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Handle repetitive Lifting and movement tasks throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of inventory control and basic logistics .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Dedication to workplace safety and proper use of PPE .
