Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on order tickets.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Must be proficient in lifting and moving items to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
