Our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility is looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dedicated logistics team. This role is essential for maintaining the flow of goods within our distribution center. You will be responsible for a range of duties including receiving inventory, stocking shelves, picking items for orders, and assisting with shipping preparations. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will contribute directly to our operational success. We are committed to ensuring a safe workplace for all employees, and you will be provided with the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The position requires the ability to perform consistent lifting of materials. Prior experience in a warehouse environment is a plus, but we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn above all. This is a great chance to get involved in the warehousing and logistics field.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
- Store products in appropriate locations, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick items based on order requirements for outgoing shipments.
- Pack items securely for safe transit.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Support inventory management through participation in cycle counts.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Capacity for regular lifting (up to 45 lbs).
- Good organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse functions and logistics.
- A strong commitment to safety practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
