Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Boise, Idaho! We are looking for energetic individuals to assist in the daily operations of our warehouse. This position is key to our **logistics** process, involving various tasks from receiving and storing goods to preparing orders for shipment. A strong focus on **safety** and efficiency will be integral to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Sort, stack, and put away merchandise in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Operate manual equipment like pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment according to company policies.
- Participate in **inventory** checks and cycle counts.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery trucks.
- Strictly adhere to all **safety** regulations and use required **PPE**.
- Support the overall **logistics** flow of the warehouse.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and adherence to **PPE** guidelines.
