Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Process and put away new stock into designated locations.
- Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, order pickers) with proper training and certification.
- Conduct regular **inventory** cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safe** work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all **safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring secure and efficient **handling**.
- Contribute to the overall **logistics** flow of the distribution center.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **Lifting** up to 50 pounds, standing, and moving for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Understanding of **logistics** operations.
- Commitment to maintaining a **safe** workplace and following **PPE** guidelines.
