Are you a skilled Reach Truck Operator? We are hiring for this specialized role at our Provo, Utah warehouse. Your primary responsibility will be operating a reach truck to efficiently and safely move, stack, and retrieve inventory within narrow aisle racking systems. This position is critical to our high-density storage and retrieval operations, playing a key part in our overall logistics efficiency. You will also be involved in receiving, put-away, order picking, and loading/unloading trucks as needed. A strong focus on safety, operational precision, and teamwork is essential. We provide a safe working environment and expect all operators to strictly adhere to safety protocols and utilize the required PPE. Responsibilities:
- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently within narrow aisles.
- Transport, stack, and retrieve materials from high racking systems.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and order picking tasks.
- Load and unload trailers and containers.
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on the reach truck.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse logistics standards.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to inventory accuracy through careful handling.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification and proven experience operating a Reach Truck.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including some Lifting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
