Our growing logistics operation in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and commitment to efficiency will ensure the smooth flow of goods throughout our supply chain. We prioritize a safe working environment for all our employees, and adherence to safety regulations is mandatory. This includes the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of all materials and equipment. You will be involved in various warehouse tasks, which may require physical stamina and the ability to perform lifting of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
  • Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles.
  • Commitment to workplace safety.
