We are looking for dependable Warehouse Workers to support our operations in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is fundamental to our warehouse logistics, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth flow of goods. Responsibilities may include receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and loading/unloading shipments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will be part of a team dedicated to excellence in our logistics operations. We prioritize the Safety of our employees, and adherence to all company Safety policies, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform regular Lifting, bending, and standing throughout the shift. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the logistics team.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving significant Lifting, standing, and moving.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
