Join our growing warehouse team in Provo, Utah as an Order Picker! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely order fulfillment, a key component of our logistics network. This role involves navigating the warehouse, locating specific products, and ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. You will be expected to work with hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment. Safety is our top priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. This position demands physical dexterity and the capacity for consistent Lifting and moving of merchandise. Experience in a similar role within logistics is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Verify product identification and quantity against order specifications.
- Pack items securely and safely for shipment.
- Stage orders for loading and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining accuracy.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
