You will be responsible for locating and retrieving specific items from our inventory based on order tickets or scanning systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses the physical stamina required for warehouse work. You will work as part of a dedicated team to meet daily picking targets and contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from assigned warehouse locations using pick lists or scanners.
- Verify picked items against order details for accuracy.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting equipment.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Report any issues with inventory or equipment to supervisors.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
