We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Cincinnati, Ohio team. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods within our facility. You will be involved in all stages of the warehouse process, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload goods, verifying quantities and quality against documentation.
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using appropriate tools and technology.
- Pack products carefully, ensuring they are ready for safe transit.
- Stage orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently (training available).
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Contribute to team efforts and process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
- Adherence to safety standards and use of PPE.
