We are hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This is a versatile role critical to the daily operations of our logistics center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, and possesses a strong work ethic. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided. Safety is paramount, and all employees are expected to strictly adhere to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack items according to customer orders.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks for shipment.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to management.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
