The role is ideal for a motivated Sales Negotiator looking to develop their career further with a respected local brand.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting viewings and negotiating sales between buyers and vendors
Managing offers and progressing sales through to completion
Supporting valuations and instructions to win new business
Delivering outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers
Building strong relationships with clients and the local community
Proactively identifying new sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Proven sales ability with excellent negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of customer service focus
Positive telephone manner and professional presentation
Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
Excellent knowledge of Ashford and surrounding area (preferred)
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Thoroughly professional approach to estate agency
