*Position Overview*
We are seeking an *Auto Body Technician with 5+ years of experience*. This is a *straight hourly position*—no flat rate or production pressure. The ideal candidate values accuracy, consistency, and professional repair standards.
*Responsibilities*
* Structural and non-structural collision repairs
* Frame and unibody repairs using *Car-O-Liner frame machine with measuring arm*
* Panel replacement, straightening, and metal work
* Welding and structural repairs
* Disassembly and reassembly
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
*Requirements*
✔ *5+ years* of professional auto body repair experience
✔ *Familiar with Car-O-Liner frame machine and measuring arm*
✔ Strong structural and metal repair skills
✔ *Must have own tools*
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ I-CAR / ASE certifications a plus (not required)
