to join a leading global digital transformation consultancy. In this role, you will be embedded within a major
Tier-1 International Investment Bank
to help redefine their Identity and Access Management (IAM) on a global scale. This is a long-term transformational programme (5+ years) bridging modern IDAM technology with big-bank scale and complexity. Role Type:
Contract Location:
Hybrid / Global focus The Role You will be a key player in delivering and operating enterprise IAM capabilities, focusing on automating deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities: CI/CD & Automation:
Design, build, and maintain pipelines for IAM components and microservices. Infrastructure as Code:
Develop and maintain IaC using
Terraform
and
Ansible
to ensure repeatable environments. Cloud Native Operations:
Deploy services on
Kubernetes (GKE)
and cloud-native platforms. Security Integration:
Embed vulnerability scanning, secrets detection, and code quality checks into the build process. To be successful, you will need a strong background in DevOps within complex, fast-paced global organisations. Cloud Platforms:
Solid understanding of
GCP
(Provisioning, GKE) as well as AWS or Azure. Core Tools:
Deep expertise in
Terraform ,
Kubernetes (GKE) , and
Docker . Automation:
Proven track record in pipeline authoring and artifact management. Security Mindset:
Knowledge of DevSecOps, including security scanning and network security. Agile Experience:
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira. IAM Knowledge:
Previous experience with Identity & Access Management or Privileged Access Management is highly advantageous. You’ll be part of a "FinTech Thinking" culture backed by the funding of a global banking giant. This project offers the chance to work with one of the largest technology estates in the industry, tackling challenges involving both human and non-human identities at massive scale.
