Outside Sales Representative , you will gain an in-depth understanding of Orkin's products and services and showcase how they can be sold across various industries. You'll provide strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to help them eliminate pests, maintain safety and quality, and meet their regulatory requirements. Building trusted relationships as a key partner in protecting their businesses, your ability to listen to their problems will enable you to present clear, effective solutions. Consistently prioritize
customer safety
in all tasks. Demonstrate
professionalism
and
integrity
in interactions with customers and colleagues. Act as an
empathetic
problem solver for commercial clients, leveraging comprehensive training to recommend the best
innovative
solutions tailored to their needs. Achieve sales targets by prospecting new businesses and engaging assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools to stimulate new business development. Conduct internal and external inspections of customer properties—don’t worry, we provide full training! Offer recommendations based on your inspections, addressing client queries, and ensuring they are at ease with their pest management programs. Use the iPad provided to draft sales agreements and keep organized; training will be provided! What We Offer: Estimated first-year earnings of $65,000 to $110,000 annually. Base salary plus uncapped commissions. Company vehicle and gas card upon successful training completion. Provided iPhone and iPad equipped with sales software. Minimum Requirements: No experience required; prior sales experience preferred. Preferably possess an associate's degree or higher. Valid driver's license is required. Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licenses/certifications (company-funded). Must be able to work independently in the field and interact with customers at their homes or businesses. Physical Demands/Working Conditions: Applicants must satisfy the physical job criteria and be able to perform required tasks with or without accommodations: Safely use ladders within the manufacturer's weight specifications. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Have the ability to access crawl spaces, attics, and other confined areas, which may involve climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including OSHA-compliant respirators when required. Willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions.
