Join our Financial Services team and play a key role in shaping the financial health of Kingston General Hospital. As a
Financial Reporting Analyst
, you'll ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting that supports patient care and organizational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead
revenue recognition
for global and activity-based funding streams. - Oversee periodic
inventory accounting processes
, year-end reconciliations, and journal entries. - Create and maintain
master data
(cost elements, internal orders, GL accounts) in line with MIS guidelines. - Deliver
insightful reporting and analysis
for stakeholders, including monthly internal reports, quarterly Ministry submissions, and year-end audited statements.

What We're Looking For
- CPA designation
(Certified Professional Accountant). - 1–3 years of hospital financial reporting experience
(3+ years preferred). - Advanced
Excel skills
and ERP experience. - OHRS certification (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to attend work regularly and pass a satisfactory criminal reference and vulnerable sector check.
