Customer Experience Team Lead

What you will do:

• Provide day to day supervision and direction to our counter sales teams and lead by example
• Provide day to day direction to our counter sales teams and lead by example
• Work with Operations Supervisor to ensure cycle counts, blank bins, defectives and other operational tasks are completed as required.
• Liaison between counter sales teams and other departments within the Electrical branch
• Merchandise and set up appropriate displays for vendor promotions
• Handle customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner
• Provide information to customers about products, services, pricing, promotions, and delivery
• Enter orders into the system
• Fill customer orders promptly and accurately
• Conduct stock checks for customers and other branches
• Assist in shipping and receiving as required
• General warehouse duties as required
