OVERVIEW

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Sales team to create and maintain a trustworthy relationship with our valued clients by providing courteous, knowledgeable, and timely responses to customer inquiries. This includes following and enforcing the terms of the contract, processing transactions, and internally coordinating all customer orders and initiatives. The role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure an efficient flow of information and customer satisfaction from order to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a relationship with the client, understanding customer requirements and expectations
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints
  • Respond to all customer inquiries regarding delivery, specifications, order expediting, etc. in a timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with other divisions to produce customer orders efficiently.
  • Receive and accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, releases, or returns
  • Communicate and implement all terms of sales contract and company policies (i.e. freight, minimum order, returns, etc.)
  • Monitor orders through our ERP system, including regular order follow-up, to ensure timely delivery, and expedite as needed
  • Collaborate harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff, throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process for customers, including: logistics, quality issues, etc.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in printing, packaging, or paper converting
  • Highly organized and detail oriented for a fast paced, constantly changing environment
  • Excellent writing abilities and phone manner to interact professionally and courteously with clients/coworkers
  • Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient computer skills required in MSOffice, Microsoft Dynamics AX experience an asset
  • Effective time management skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Proven creative problem-solving abilities
  • Accuracy with managing data and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, high energy, team player focused on the goals of the organization
  • Can perform independently with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment
  • 2+ years customer service and/or coordination experience in a business to business or manufacturing environment
