Job Overview:
This role plays a key role in the planning, organization, and monitoring of construction projects. They support teams in the effective implementation of projects by adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the Construction Manager in planning, executing, and tracking projects.
  • Coordinate activities between different teams and departments.
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date (project plans, schedules, budgets, progress reports, etc.).
  • Organize and lead follow-up meetings (note-taking, minutes, action items).
  • Monitor the progress of deliverables and identify any potential gaps or risks.
  • Participate in risk analysis and the implementation of mitigation measures.
  • Ensure communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the management of resources, suppliers, and subcontractors, as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Construction Management processes.
  • Receive, verify, and code various invoices.
  • Create vendor lists.
  • Receive and presents quotes

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • College or university degree in project management, administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a project management support role
