The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Software Developer
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and support of enterprise-grade web applications and services, leveraging modern technologies and Agile methodologies.

What You'll Do

• Develop system specifications, write code, modify, test, and debug programs under general supervision, following established plans and timelines.
• Build and maintain web applications using
  Angular
  and backend services in
  Java
  within an Agile environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and software components.
• Design and model programmatic solutions for complex problems, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
• Review code and design deliverables to maintain quality standards.
• Guide and support the project team in development activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Write unit and integration tests for all developed functions.
• Participate in regression testing strategies to improve application stability.
• Contribute to major system development initiatives using modern web and application technologies.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm technical solutions and create prototypes as needed.
• Interact regularly with colleagues across the country.

What You Bring to the Table

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
