Paxle Group is a Canadian manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, smart & eco-friendly paper packaging solutions, proudly made in Canada. We work with restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and retail businesses that care about quality, branding, and sustainability.

We are expanding fast and looking for driven Field/ Outside Sales Representatives who want full control of their income through a 100% commission-based structure.

If you enjoy being on the road, meeting business owners face-to-face, and closing real deals — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
  • Present Paxle's premium paper bags and custom packaging solutions
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Visit restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and food-service businesses in person
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
  • Follow up with clients and support repeat orders
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and forecast sales
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to sales efforts

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or outside sales (preferred)
  • Comfortable with cold visits and face-to-face selling
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic sales plans
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies for driving sales growth
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada
