WE ARE HIRING A MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are currently looking for a dedicated, creative, multi-tasker to join our fun team in Downtown Amherst, Nova Scotia where we have our offices and a professional photo & video studio. This position is ideal for someone wanting to learn about the many cool aspects of modern digital marketing, including social media, how to use professional cameras for photo and video, as well as how to edit footage for social posting and so much more. We are currently hiring for the following role:

Position: Marketing Assistant

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Wage: Competitive wages (based on experience) plus full benefits

Duties May Include:

⁃ Content creation

⁃ Traveling for photo/video shoots & travel planning

⁃ Learning the basics of Pro Photo & Video Production

⁃ Learning about all aspects of Digital Marketing

⁃ Assisting on photo & video shoots

⁃ Social media management

⁃ Editing (photos, videos & websites)

⁃ Project research

⁃ Basic graphic design

⁃ Some administrative tasks

Full training will be given for this role, but a detail oriented problem solver with the ability to multi-task would be ideal. Confidence working with computers is very important, and someone with a positive attitude, who takes pride in their work and enjoys helping people would also be a great fit If you're someone who loves the idea of getting into marketing, this role will give you full access to every element of a full-service agency, so you can find which parts of modern digital marketing you like best, and get taught how to thrive in those areas.
