Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining end-to-end features across our web applications and backend systems. You'll collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and other engineers, while also working alongside team members across the organization to support our telehealth operations.

This role is well suited for someone who thrives in an in-office environment, values collaboration, and enjoys building impactful technology in the digital health space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend and backend)
• Collaborate closely with in-office and cross-functional teams to translate business and product requirements into technical solutions
• Build and maintain APIs, databases, and integrations that support telehealth workflows
• Ensure applications are scalable, secure, and high-performing
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems
• Support ongoing product enhancements and feature launches

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
• Solid backend development experience (e.g., , Python, Ruby, or similar)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Proficiency with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience working in a collaborative, in-office development environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience leading small projects or mentoring other devs
• Adaptable, organized, and collaborative — startup life doesn't scare you
• Fluent in English (our internal communications and product are English-only)
