Position Overview
Are you ready to make connections that matter? As an Account Manager at Prosper Immigration, you will be instrumental in sourcing potential employers across Ontario, British Columbia, and beyond. Your primary focus will be on building partnerships with technical skilled employers, including but not limited to those in the construction and automobile industries, ensuring that our exceptional placement solutions meet their workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Meaningful Relationships:
Cultivate and nurture connections with technical skilled employers, showcasing our services and solutions to a diverse range of industries. - Innovative Marketing:
Utilize your communication skills to market our full-time placement solutions through engaging telephone outreach and impactful in-person meetings with key decision-makers. - Network Like a Pro:
Represent Prosper Immigration at local associations and networking events, amplifying our presence and influence within the technical skilled labor community. - Lead Generation Guru:
Conduct thorough research to create targeted call lists from job boards, classifieds, and other inventive sources aimed at technical skilled employers. - Successful Placements:
Coordinate seamless placements of candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are in order for a smooth hiring process. - Sales Strategy Whiz:
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract and retain technical skilled employers, driving growth in your client base. - Collaborative Partner:
Work closely with the Director of Recruitment to ensure a unified approach to meeting the needs of our technical skilled clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or sales, ideally within the immigration or recruitment industry, with a strong focus on technical skilled employers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with key stakeholders in various industries, including but not limited to construction and automobile.
- Strong organizational and research skills, with an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in both independent and team settings.
- Familiarity with employment documentation and placement agreements is a plus.
