Burman Construction Group is looking for reliable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our outdoor construction division, Deckadent Decking. We specialize in high-quality decks and exterior projects and are seeking team members who take pride in their work.

Duties

• Assist with deck building and exterior construction projects
• Load and unload materials
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Follow instructions from the Lead Hand and supervisors

Qualifications

-Construction experience preferred but not required - Ability to perform physical outdoor labor - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Reliable transportation and punctuality - Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.77-$38.80 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
