Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Oshawa, ON. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle for their needs, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include showcasing vehicles, explaining features and benefits, presenting sales contracts, and providing excellent post-sales service. The role requires collaboration with the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying process.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and sales negotiation skills.
- Product knowledge and understanding of inventory management to match customer needs with suitable vehicles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for presenting accurate sales contracts and documentation.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and an ability to learn quickly about vehicles and their features.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain professionalism.
- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- OMVIC Certified is a must
