We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and professional live-in Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an apartment building in Oshawa, Ontario.
Your Role
As the face of the building, you will take ownership of all building management responsibilities — from tenant relations and rent collection to maintenance coordination. You'll maintain a safe, welcoming, and efficient building that residents are proud to call home.
This is a dynamic, hands-on position that requires strong communication, multitasking, organization, and a commitment to high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations & Administration
- Deliver exceptional service to residents and uphold positive community standards
- Collect rent and manage deposits
- Process applications, move-ins, and notices efficiently
- Maintain digital and paper records/logs (e.g. inspections, contractor visits, incident reports)
- Monitor and respond to emails, calls, and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA)
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and internet tools; Yardi experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, responsive, and professional
- Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Schedule
- Full-time
- On-call responsibilities (emergencies, weekends as needed)
- Regular weekday duties with flexibility for evening and weekend coverage
