Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for our bakery in the Greater

Toronto Area, this position will report directly to Sales Director, Foodservice. The Key

Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer

relationships within the US focused on Food Service. The KAM's goal is to

increase sales to our existing customers and acquire new customers to deliver

continuous business growth. The KAM will collaborate with internal teams to build and

execute customer business plans to achieve financial targets and exceed customer

expectations.

Qualifications


• Experience in B2B food sales, Food Service and US market experience an asset


• Proven experience in sales and key account management, with a track record of


• exceeding sales targets.


• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.


• Strong negotiation and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team.


• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven


• decisions.


• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.


• Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools.


• Proficient in using MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
