Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets through effective coaching and performance management
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and prospecting in B2B environments
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales objectives
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions involving technology products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations for senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or technical products preferred
- Strong background in marketing, customer service, and outside sales environments
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales data
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data and develop actionable insights
- Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience
