Role Overview
The Capital Management Technology Senior Analyst / Lead is a senior, hands-on expert responsible for driving the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of capital management solutions within the Treasury Technology team. This role combines leadership and technical expertise, translating complex capital business rules into robust technology solutions, overseeing data management processes, and guiding a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and technical partners.
Key Responsibilities
o Translate capital pillar business rules and data into detailed technology requirements, mappings, and controls.
o Produce source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, and interface specifications for capital management & reporting platforms.
o Execute onboarding of priority data sources into strategic data platforms.
o Conduct data discovery and profiling for critical capital data sources to ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality.
o Partner with data engineers and technology teams to build and optimize data ingestion pipelines.
o Write user stories and acceptance criteria for capital management features.
o Prepare test cases and plans; lead triage and QA activities to validate data and system integrity.
o Develop and maintain data lineage, catalogs, and control documentation to support transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
o Contribute to the creation of canonical capital models and reusable solution patterns.
o Foster best practices in requirements management, data analysis, and solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles.
• Proven expertise in translating business rules into technology requirements and controls.
• Strong hands-on experience with data platforms, data integration, and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in data mapping, documentation, and governance practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading and developing teams of analysts or technical professionals.
