About the Role
In this role, you'll manage multiple civil underground utility projects—water, storm, sanitary, shallow utilities—and ensure they're delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You'll work closely with superintendents, foremen, clients, municipalities, and subcontractors to keep the field supported and the project moving.

- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Support and collaborate with field leaders to ensure safe, efficient work execution
- Prepare and review project documents, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress claims
- Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality, scope, risks, and contract requirements
- Attend site meetings and provide clear communication between office and field
- Resolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education with a degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering
- 3–7+ years of project management experience in civil construction of various infrastructure projects such as earthworks, roadbuilding, excavation & shoring, and underground utilities
- Experience working with BC municipalities and Metro Vancouver standards
- Strong understanding of municipal standards, trench safety, and installation methods
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and civil engineering documents
- Experience with budgets, forecasting, and construction schedules
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Proficient with software such as Microsoft Project, Adobe, and all Microsoft Office programs
- Valid driver's license and the ability to visit job sites as needed
