BodyTune Wellness is a cozy, welcoming wellness clinic in Abbotsford, BC, offering Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Acupuncture, and Bodywork Massage. We pride ourselves on offering personalized care in a calm, low-pressure environment. We're looking for a reliable part-time receptionist to join our team.

Qualifications & Skills

• No experience required; training will be provided
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and basic software (Jane app, email, scheduling systems)
• Ability to handle light cleaning and maintain a tidy work environment
• Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Availability to work fixed shifts on specific days

Job Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and check them in for their appointments
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage appointment bookings using the Jane app
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with general administrative tasks and light cleaning duties (including tidying treatment rooms and keeping common areas clean)
• Answer client inquiries and provide information about our services
• Support the team with other duties as required

Work Schedule

• Part-time position with fixed shifts (schedule to be discussed)
• Open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday
• Closed on Sundays
