Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Supervised Instructor Therapist (S-IT) to join our team. The S-IT will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs developed by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), monitoring client progress, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. They will work with children with developmental disabilities, providing direct therapy services to help their clients achieve their goals and meet their full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or degree in behavioural science or a related field or working towards such is preferred.
• 6 months experience delivering ABA treatment OR supporting children with developmental disabilities including autism.
• Completed 40-hour Registered Behaviour Technician training modules is considered a strong asset.
• Proven record keeping such as data collection and notes.
• Vulnerable sector check completed within the last year.
• A valid G2 or G class driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

EMPLOYMENT STATUS:

• Full Time Permanent Employee

RATE:

• 22$-25$ an hour
• +$2.50 shift premium for direct sessions starting at or after 3:00pm

HOURS:

• Scheduled 33-41 hours/week within core business hours
• 8:30 - 6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• 8:30 - 4:00pm Friday
